Delivery Information

Order Processing

Orders will be processed from our warehouse and sent via courier with DPD. Packages are normally processed next day, but due to current restrictions, please allow up to 5-7 working days to receive your order.

Shipping

Products will be delivered to your chosen address, so please ensure all delivery details including your post code are correct at the time of ordering. 

Orders should get to you within 2-3 days, however, it can take longer dependent on factors outside of our control.

Delivery Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €4.95 per order. To avail of FREE delivery, all orders must exceed the minimum order value of €30. 

Returns

Returns must be sanctioned through our head office. Please email info@macanta.ie if you have any issues with your order.
